By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the jitaache website and any of its associated services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and jitaache.

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, and virtual game activity conducted on jitaache:

jitaache offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name, or facilitating financial transactions on behalf of other individuals through your account.
• Attempting to access other players' accounts, reverse-engineer the jitaache platform, or interfere with the technical operation of the site in any way.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point during your use of jitaache.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, whether to claim multiple bonuses or to circumvent restrictions applied to an existing account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the matter through jitaache's customer support channels. Unjustified chargebacks will be treated as fraud.
• Using the jitaache platform in any manner that is unlawful, harmful, or contrary to public morality.

jitaache reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the restriction of access.

Any remaining real money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
